Delivery Information

Lloyd looms offers free delivery on items within mainland United Kingdom ( please note exclusions below). 

Delivery to the Scottish Central belt will incur additional charge.

Delivery Exclusions; Isle of Man, Isle of Wight,  Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands & Onward shipping outside of mainland UK.

Delivery of Chairs, Coffee tables and smaller items is through our third party delivery agent, we on the most part aim for delivery to be delivered within 14-21 working days provided the item you have chosen is available in stock.

On occasion the item(s) will be out for delivery with the third party agent and you may well have been informed that the item(s) are to be delivered, however due to weather, traffic, and driver running out of driving hours or sheer amount of deliveries on that day the item(s) may not be delivered. We will endeavour to keep you informed, however we are dependent on information from the company and sometimes this is not updated until the following working day.

On settees and larger sets of items ordered we offer a two man delivery, charged extra to the cost of the item or set. The items will be placed in a room of your choice provided that the furniture will fit through the doorways and that the access is suitable please bear this in mind when ordering. Dimensions of all of the furniture are displayed on our web site. Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken by the delivery drivers, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur to your property or possessions whilst the delivery is in progress. Please take care to cover any carpets or furniture and remove pictures and valuables from the delivery area.

The address we will arrange delivery to, will be the delivery address specified at the point of order.

Should the carrier arrive with the delivery within the pre-agreed window and be unable to gain access to the property, any second or subsequent attempts would be liable to a delivery charge payable prior to the attempt being remade. Likewise, should the item(s) be returned to us following failed delivery attempts the initial delivery charge incurred by us would be deducted from any refund.

Please inspect the box and furniture for damage as we are unable to accept damages once the item has been signed for. We can accept return items as long as the item is not damaged if when received and inspected the item is damaged this will effect your refund. Items that are not damaged but returned due to change of mind or measured incorrectly will be subject to a return carriage fee and must be re packed in the original packaging to protect the item when in transit back to Lloyd Looms.
