Lloyd Looms offers free delivery on items within the majority of Mainland United Kingdom. ( Please see below for exceptions).
We can deliver to the following locations at extra cost : Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands and Grampians.
If you wish to order and are located outside of the UK we can deliver your items to a UK port of your choice for forward shipping.

Delivery of Settees, Chairs, Coffee tables and smaller items is through our third party delivery agent. We, in the most part, aim for delivery within 7 working days provided the item you have chosen is available in stock. This delivery agent is a doorstep drop and the chairs are packed in large boxes to give them protection. With larger items such as settees the driver will in the most part deliver the item to your front door. You may therefore wish to arrange delivery for a day when you have two or more people on hand to assist in unwrapping and boxing the item.
On occasion the item(s) will be out for delivery with the third party agent and you may well have been informed that the item(s) are to be delivered. However, due to weather, traffic, and driver running out of driving hours the item(s) may not be delivered. On these occasions, we will endeavour to keep you informed. That said, we are dependent on information from the company and sometimes this is not updated until the following working day.
On settees and larger sets of items ordered we offer a two man delivery at extra cost. The items will be placed in a room of your choice provided that the furniture will fit through the doorways and that the access is suitable. Please bear this in mind when ordering. Dimensions of all of the furniture are displayed on our web site. Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken by the delivery drivers, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur to your property or possessions whilst the delivery is in progress. Please take care to cover any carpets or furniture and remove pictures and valuables from the delivery area.
The address we will arrange delivery to, will be the delivery address specified at the point of order.
Please inspect the box and furniture for damage as we are unable to accept damages once the item has been signed for. We can accept return items as long as the item is not damaged .If when received and inspected the item is damaged this will effect your refund. Items that are not damaged but returned due to change of mind or measured incorrectly will be subject to a return carriage fee and must be re packed in the original packaging to protect the item when in transit back to Lloyd Looms.
