RETURNS POLICY
If you receive any goods that are damaged on arrival we would appreciate a photograph of the damage if possible so we may report this to our carrier. The damaged item will be replaced (stock levels allowing), we would arrange collection of the damaged item and delivery of its replacement, and on the majority of occasions, this would be at the same time. Should the carrier arrive to process this exchange within the pre-agreed window and be unable to gain access to the property/item, any second or subsequent attempts would be liable to a delivery charge payable prior to the attempt being remade. Likewise, should the item(s) be returned to us following failed delivery attempts the initial delivery charge incurred by us would be deducted from any refund.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange providing the goods are returned to us undamaged and sealed items such as cushions remain unopened and furniture in its original packaging within 14 days. We can arrange collection and return of items to our warehouse. If required please call 01452-883874 and we will be happy to arrange a collection directly with our carrier, however the cost of returning the item (s) will be deducted from the refund. The basic cost of collecting and returning a single item from a UK mainland address is £60.00. (excluding Linen Baskets which are charged at £20 each). In consignments of multiples, after the first and initial £60, subsequent items are charged at an additional £7.50 each. Refunds on orders cancelled prior to despatch will be subject to a 1.25% card handlers fee. By ticking the acceptance of our Terms and Conditions when making your purchase with us, you are accepting responsibility for the cost of returning the goods to us.
