If you receive any goods that are damaged on arrival we would appreciate a photograph of the damage if possible so we may report this to our carrier. The damaged item will be replaced (stock levels allowing), we would arrange collection of the damaged item and delivery of its replacement, and on the majority of occasions, this would be at the same time.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange providing the goods are returned to us undamaged and sealed items such as cushions remain unopened and furniture in its original packaging within 14 days. We can arrange collection and return of items to our warehouse. If required please call 01452-883874 and we will be happy to arrange a collection directly with our carrier, however the cost of returning the item (s) will be deducted from the refund. The cost of collecting and returning a single consignment from a UK mainland address is £60.00. By ticking the acceptance of our Terms and Conditions when making your purchase with us, you are accepting responsibility for the cost of returning the goods to us.
