Although we try our best to ensure consistency, sometimes different batches of the same fabric, wood and paint may be slightly different in colour and we cannot accept returns for this reason, if requested we can send small samples of Loom with the required paint finish in our standard range.
After you have placed your order on line or over the phone we will advise you of the delivery time for the item(s) if the item is out of stock we will offer an alternative, refund, or back order the item if you are comfortable waiting.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing the goods are returned to us undamaged and sealed items such as cushions remain unopened and furniture ideally in its original packaging within 14 days. We can arrange collection and return of items to our warehouse if required.
